Medical Pot Charge Dropped

represented Hall at his trial last year, called Gaul with questions
about the search. "The Supreme Court decision doesn't say
police can go into a private citizen's home and take marijuana with
out a warrant," Berg said. "I think this (interpretation
of Proposition 215) discourages anyone from relying on the law and

the court, disobeying the court's order or thumb its nose at the
court" said the petition filed by Redding attorney, Eric

Judge Bradley Boeckman to set aside the guilty verdict calling them
