I have successfully
defended clients accused of drunk driving, cultivation of marijuana,
possession of drugs for sale, transportation of drugs, assault with
a deadly weapon, battery with serious injury, rape, child molest,
conspiracy, vandalism, battery of a spouse, auto theft, possession
of deadly weapons, and other serious crimes. In all of these
cases, my clients were either found "not guilty" or we got
the charges dismissed before trial.
